Branding

Note: The Branding feature is currently only available for a limited number of solutions. If you are interested in this feature, contact your Blackbaud representative.

In Branding, you manage branding elements for your organization to create a more familiar experience for your users. You can define branding elements, such as your display name, logos, and primary color. You can also create branded content, such as a custom summary and a custom help link for the authentication pages where users sign in or sign up for a Blackbaud ID. These branding elements help to ensure that your users recognize your organization and trust their connection to Blackbaud solutions.

You must be an environment admin to apply branding to an environment. If you are an organization admin but not an environment admin, you can invite yourself to be an environment admin in Settings, Environments.

Note: Organization admins! To access Settings, Branding, sign in to Blackbaud's website and select Admin from the solution menu on the left. Only organization admins can access Admin.

  1. Select Manage branding elements to define the branding elements that identify your organization in the user interface.

  2. In the Organization display name field, enter a display name for your organization.

  3. Under Logo, upload a primary logo for large images.

  4. Under Logo icon, upload a secondary logo for smaller images.

  5. Under Favicon, upload an icon to display in places such as browser tabs.

  6. Under Primary color, select a color to visually identify your organization.

  7. Select Save.

  1. Select Manage branded authentication to define branded content to display when users sign in or sign up for a Blackbaud ID.

  2. To create your summary, select Provide a custom summary on authentication pages and enter your custom text.

  3. To overwrite Blackbaud's default help link, select Link to custom help content from authentication pages and provide your URL.

  4. Under Other branding elements for authentication, a checklist indicates whether you defined other branding elements that appear on authentication pages. If necessary, return to the Branding page and select Manage branding elements to define elements.

  5. Select Publish.
