Data Delivery and Access

• Expect to receive your Donor Lifecycle Dashboard within four business days of your data submission.

• Updates for your Donor Lifecycle Dashboard occur each time you submit data. We recommend you set reminders to ensure you receive all updates included in your contract.

• The Donor Lifecycle Benchmarking Dashboard and Forecaster are delivered on an annual basis.

• User login information is emailed directly from the donorCentrics staff after your dashboard is ready.
