Adjust custom text

To improve the applicant, reference, and reviewer experience, you can customize certain text and labels in your system.

  1. Go to Site, Settings, Custom Text.

  2. Find the instructions you want to update. If you have trouble understanding where text exists in your system, try previewing your system as an applicant or administrator.

  3. Update and format text as needed.

    Tip: For additional formatting help, select Help. To preview the text formatting, select Preview. To exit the Help or Preview screens, select Edit.

  4. Select Update Instructional Text to save changes.

To add custom label text:

  1. Go to Site, Settings, Custom Text.

  2. Select the Label Text tab.

  3. Find the label you want to update and change the text.

  4. Select Update Label Text to save changes.
