General Contact Information

Platform managers or constituents with access to edit their contact card, can use General information to manage basic biographical information.

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Maiden name

  • Preferred name

  • Birth date

  • Retire date

  • Gender

  • Pronouns

  • Living (marital) status

  • Boarding or day student

  • Religion

  • Is Abroad

  • Lost

  • Deceased

  • State ID

  • Student ID

  • Locker number

  • Locker combination

  • Mailbox number

  • Mailbox combination

  • School program

  • Student is responsible signer (for contracts)

  • T-shirt size

  • Campus

  • Specialized programs

  • Additional custom fields configured by a school administrator, such as bus route

  1. Select Core.

  2. Select People finder.

  3. In the Type a name field, enter and select the name of the individual you want to work with. The selected individual's profile page appears.

  4. Select Contact card.

  5. Under General information, select Edit.

    The SSN field appears if the platform manager has access to SSI/NI information.
