Pre-Configured Educational Dashboards

The primary persona determines how people are counted. It's the first persona they use from this list:

1. Faculty

2. Parent

3. Student

4. Alum

5. Friend

6. Other

For example, when you view logins for parents, the parent persona includes all available parent roles, such as

• parent of past candidate,

• parent of incoming student,

• parent,

• parent of alum,

• and others.

1. For each report or dashboard, you can Schedule emailing to yourself and other recipients.

2. Select which tabs of information to include in the email.

3. Select whether to email it a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

4. Select what time the report should be sent.

5. Consider entering a custom subject and message. You can use these to give recipients more context about the data, your school's processes, and an plans for making decisions based on the data.

6. Select Schedule. At the proper time, the report is sent as a Adobe .pdf file attached to the email message.

To print the report, download the Adobe .pdf file to your local computer and then print it.

Select the gear icon and then choose to Export to PDF (Adobe) or Export to XLSX (Microsoft Excel).

Analyze the report card grade distribution by letter grade and grade level. Analyze average numeric grade by department.

• Grade distribution by grade level - shows the number of students with each (letter) grades per grade level

• Averages by department - shows the grade (percentile) by department

  Select a department's bar to view the exact average.

  Select the name of a department to "drill in" for details such as grade distribution, averages by course, and averages by teacher.

Analyze a specific department report card grade distribution by letter grade and grade level. Analyze average numeric grade by course or by teacher.

• Averages by course - shows the grade (percentile) by course

  Select a department's bar to view the exact average.

• Averages by teacher - shows the average grade by instructor

Analyze total count of inbox messages sent by the persona of each sender per month.

Data only appears under Messages by sender persona if messages were already enabled from Core, Settings, Inbox settings.

Analyze counts of unique user logins per month or per week, organized by primary persona (faculty, parent, student, alum, friend).

Use to gain a better understanding of your site's traffic.

Keep in mind that information is tracked based on a certain persona hierarchy. For example, if a user is a faculty, parent and an alum, their login is only tracked against the highest level (which is faculty).

• Monthly user logins - This shows the counts of unique user logins per month, organized by persona.

  If a student logs in three times on Monday and twice on Tuesday, this only counts as one unique visit in that month because additional logins are not counted as unique or new.

  For more information, select a data point opens a fly out panel that breaks down the information further to reveal the user, personas that they used, graduation year (if applicable), and their contact email. You can further refine this data through the search bar and additional filters, or export the data.

• Weekly user logins - This is similar to Monthly user logins, except the report, only the data shows distinct counts of users per week.

  Total values are counted starting each Sunday and run through Saturday.

• User login breakdown for the previous month - This splits the total traffic counts from the previous month to indicate the percentage of total login activity attributed to each persona. Select a specific persona, to highlight it and to view details.

Analyze potential candidates, candidates by grade level, relationships, demographics or stage of the admissions process.

• Statistics - shows an overview of important counts

• Candidates over time - shows the number of candidates each month in specific school years.

• Candidates by top sending schools - shows the number of students of each gender from each school that feeds into yours

• Candidates by ethnicity - based on ethnicity values, not race values

• Candidates how hear over time - view which marketing efforts are most effective in each month

• Candidates by grade level and Candidates by grade level over time - view which grade levels are meeting enrollment goals and when they apply

• Candidates by top 10 zip code - view which neighborhood communities become your most common candidates

  Candidates by boarding type over time - view when day and boarding students apply

Analyze candidates and re-enrolling students by grade level through admissions and contract status. Compare progress to last year's enrollment capacity.

View

• Potential candidates - which includes candidates, past candidates, and incoming students

• Candidates by decision (school or candidate) - which includes candidates, past candidates, and incoming students

• Potential students - which includes students who are incoming, re-enrolling, or whose contract has progressed

• Enrollment counts - which includes students who have accepted an invitation to (re)enroll, regardless of whether a contract has been processed yet

Manage the contract process including overview of generated contracts, number on hold, and comparisons by status to last year as of the same date.

To focus your efforts, select which Contract year and Contract types to view. Then, select date for this year's comparison. For example, you might want to see contracts as of the Date when you held a special Parents' Day event which mentioned re-enrollment.

• Contracts overview - shows the number of contracts of the select type compared to the number of total contracts. Select either number to drill in for details.

• Contract progress - shows the status, number, and percentage changed from previous year. To resort the information, select a column header.

Analyze annual school enrollment by grade level and gender for any school year and school level. Any student that completed the school year (or is actively enrolled in the current school year) is included.
