Advisees

From Advisees, Advisory Group Managers can manage the rosters for Advisory sections.

Manage advisees:

  1. From the persona menu, select Academics.

  2. Select Scheduling and then Requests and schedules.

  3. Next, use the dropdown to change the view from Academics to Advisory and then select Advisees.

  4. Select the School Year from the drop-down list.

  5. Select either Edit or New next to the Section.

  6. If you clicked Edit, you can then click Add Member.

  7. Use the filter options and click Search to find each student.

  8. From the Search Results, move individual students by clicking the “>>” next to the student(s)' name.

  9. If enrolling student(s) into a past or future term, for a future date in the current term, click Next and enter an appropriate Enroll Date.

  10. When you're finished, select Save & Exit.

Note: To remove a user from the roster, simply select the Drop link next to the student's name.
