Report Card Grades List

Grading managers can create customizable lists of student grades to gain a better understanding of how students are performing. These lists can also be saved for future use.

To get started, select Academics >  Grades > Report card grades list.

  1. Select Build a new list.

  2. Edit Columns and Filters as needed.

    Note: By default, the list displays results for the current academic year. If your school has not entered any report card grades yet this academic year, the list will be blank. Try filtering for a different year (under the General filters list) to see if results appear.

  3. To save a list for future use, select Save.

While viewing a list, you can select student names to view their Academic Profiles. Select the browser's back button to return to the list.

Select Export to download results as a CSV spreadsheet. You can open the spreadsheet using software such as Microsoft Excel.

To add or remove list columns:

  1. Select Columns.

  2. Select the columns to add, and deselect columns to remove them.

  3. Select Apply changes and the list results will update.

  4. Select and drag column headers in the results to reorder them.

To filter list results:

  1. Select Filters.

    Note: Select Clear to remove all filters.

  2. Select the values that correspond to the information you want to view.

  3. Select Apply filters and the list results will update.

Note: Select Hide to close the Filters menu.

To open a list that was saved previously:

  1. Select Open a saved list.

  2. Search for and select the appropriate list.

  3. Select Open.
