History

The audit history shows access-oriented actions directly related to the environment being viewed. The actions can be initiation actions, admin status changes, roles changes, name or email address changes, for example. To view action history for a single user, see User Details.

If an internal Blackbaud process makes a change, "Blackbaud" appears in the Actor column.

If you export the action history, the time in the export file is in Universal Time Coordinated (UTC) format and fully qualified with the user's timezone offset.

Invitation sent	An invitation to add a user to an organization was sent.	Admin or user with admin rights

Invitation confirmed	An invitation to add a user to an organization was accepted.	Invitation recipient
Invitation cancelled	An invitation to add a user to an organization was canceled.	Admin or user with admin rights
User marked active	A current user was marked active, restoring access to all Blackbaud solutions and products within the organization.	Admin or user with admin rights
User marked inactive	A current user was marked inactive, removing access to all Blackbaud solutions and products within the organization.	Admin or user with admin rights
