Contact restrictions

In the Contact Restriction settings, you choose which of your contact restrictions will withhold prospects from certain types of contact in your campaign. You map each of your contact restrictions to one or more of the following:

• Do Not Call: Prospects with Contact Restrictions mapped to Do Not Call will not be eligible for any type of contact in Guided Fundraising. Since the campaign Play starts with a phone call, prospects are required to be callable to be contacted through Guided Fundraising.

• Do Not Text: Prospects with Contact Restrictions mapped to Do Not Text will skip any text message steps in the Play.

• Do Not Email: Prospect with Contact Restrictions mapped to Do Not Email will skip any email steps in the Play

• Do Not Mail: Prospects with Contact Restrictions mapped to Do Not Mail will skip any mailing list steps in the Play. Additionally, if a prospect was added to a mailing list and later had a Do Not Mail restriction added, they will no longer show on the mailing list.
