Update Your Name, Email Address, and Password in Blackbaud ID

Your name, email address, and password are managed in your Blackbaud ID account.

Note: If you authenticate through social sign-in, this information is managed in your Google or Apple account and not in Blackbaud ID.

  1. In NPOconnect, click on your account icon in the navigation and then My account.

  2. Click on Update profile to open your Blackbaud ID account in a new window.

    Note: You can update your phone and job title directly in My account rather than going to Blackbaud ID. For more information, see Manage Personal Information.

  3. In your Blackbaud ID user profile, make any of the following updates.

Your updates will be reflected in NPOconnect the next time you log in.
