Credit Card Updater Report
In the database view, the Credit Card Updater Report displays every constituent with updated credit card info, how the info changed, and which of their gifts use the updated cards. For example, if a constituent's credit card returns a new number and expiration date, the report displays the last four digits of the card's previous and new numbers, followed by its previous and new expiration dates.
Note: Reporting enhancements are coming soon to the Blackbaud Merchant Services Web Portal! Existing reports will continue to be available in the database view mid-month. Also, failed card updates temporarily won't appear in reports.
The Credit Card Updater Report includes multiple sections.
Number of cards
At the top of the report, you can view how many credit cards were updated.
Update, CC, or CB
Under Update, CC, or CB, you can view details about any credit cards updated with new numbers.
Expiry or CE
Under Expiry or CE, you can view details about any credit cards updated with new expiration dates.
