Note: When you add or edit a constituent's primary address, it may take up to 24 hours for their pin to appear on the map.
With the map, you can pinpoint constituents based on their primary address or another location.
When you first select Map , the map displays constituents near you, based on the wifi or location settings of your device. To view constituents near you at any time, select Locate me to focus on your personal location.
To view constituents at or near a specific location, select Choose filters and choose Address mapping. Select Apply changes. Select Location next to the search box and enter the address or location.
To pinpoint a specific constituent, select Choose filters and choose Address mapping. Select Apply changes. Search by their name or location.
To pinpoint a constituent based on their primary address, select Constituent next to the search box and enter their name.
To pinpoint a constituent based on another location such as their work or seasonal home, select Location next to the search box and enter the address.
Tip: To pinpoint only constituents within a specific area at the location and who share specific characteristics, select Choose filters and choose the criteria of who to view. For more information, see Constituent Map Filters.
To identify the constituent at a location, select their pin to view their name and address.
When multiple constituents are in close proximity or share an address, such as a household or high-rise building, the pin displays how many are at the location. For a list of the constituents —up to 20 — at a location, select its pin.
For more details, select the constituent's name to view their record.
To help navigate the map, adjust its view as necessary.
To adjust the magnification of the map, select Zoom in or Zoom out .
To help gauge distance on the map, use the scale in the lower right.
To return to the list of constituents, select List .
Tip: A constituent's pin not where you expect on the map? Their primary address may include incomplete, incorrect, or ambiguous information. For more information, see Issues with the Map or Location Filters?.
