To better manage email preferences in web view, you can now view and edit when a constituent requests no email from your organization. Previously, this option was only available in the database view.
From the constituent's record, select Mark as, Requests no email to suppress them from all messages you send from Email
Note: When a constituent uses the link at the bottom of an email to unsubscribe, Raiser's Edge NXT only updates the email address from the message as Do not email. To manually suppress messages to a specific email address, open the constituent’s record. Under Contact information, select Edit, Email addresses, and mark Do not email next to the email address. For more information, see Suppression Criteria.

To help verify that an online registration form is set up correctly, you can now process test credit card transactions when the payment configuration is set to test or demo mode. Previously, you could only verify credit card payments when the configuration was set to process live transactions. For more information, see Online Test Registrations.

Last week, we announced that individual gift receipts and consolidated receipts were generally available in the United States. Shortly after we released the functionality, we encountered unexpected performance issues and unfortunately had to remove the features for customers who were included the wave on January 12, 2021.
We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion our decision caused. Keep an eye on this What’s New to learn when you can access the features again!
Note: If you had access to individual gift receipts and consolidated receipts in web view prior to January 12, 2021, the features are still available for you. We only removed them for customers in the January 12th wave.
Note: This What's New automatically appears after a new release so you know what's what. To quickly check back and review a new feature, select What's new at the top of any Help topic.
