Email Health
To help gauge incomplete email address information, Raiser's Edge NXT automatically scans your database to find constituent records with no email addresses. In Tools, Data health, under Scorecard, you can view the Email health score for the general completeness of your constituents' email address information. The more complete your email addresses, the better score they receive.
Tip: For additional details, such as how many constituent records lack email addresses and how you compare to other organizations, select your Email health score.
To help improve your Email health score:

Develop strategies your organization can use to collect email addresses from constituents when you communicate with them.

At least annually, run your database through Email Finder to find email addresses for records that don't have one. When you run Email Finder, it compares your database against national consumer databases — such as subscriptions to magazines or streaming video services like Hulu or Netflix — to match constituents to email addresses.
Note: In the database view, you can run Email Finder from Data Health Center.
