Donation Form Consent Options
Consent options give
Note: You can manage these options in database view, which makes them configurable on donation forms. For more information, see Consent.
To configure the channel categories to display on the form, select Click to edit on the consent component. Donation forms support email and mail channels.

Under each channel you want to display, choose whether to display a heading.

To allow constituents to opt into all communications, select the channel opt in.
Note: Channels with one category don't have an option to opt in to all communications.
Note: When a constituent opts out of email, it does not set the Do not email tag on their constituent record.

To allow constituent to opt into specific communications, select the channel categories you want to display on the form.
Tip: Want more categories? In database view, configure additional email categories, such as monthly newsletter. For more information, see Consent Options Business Rules.

Select Done.
To change the label text and consent statement on the form, select Click to edit on the consent component. Under Other settings, customize the text.

Under Set text for consent options, enter the text you want displayed for the consent question.

Under Consent statement, choose whether to include a consent statement — the text that describes how you will communicate with the constituents if they opt in. To customize the consent statement, enter the text you want displayed.

To display all consent options as opted in by default, select Show all consent options as selected by default.

Select Done.
To display a link to your organization's privacy policy, select Click to edit on the consent component. Under Other settings, select Display privacy policy.
