Donation Form Details

Viewing the details of a specific donation form gives you information on how well it's performing, its most recent donations, and its top referrals. From Tools, Donation form designer, select the form from the list to view its details.

You can track the current progress of the donation form when you view its details.

  • Total transactions - The total donation amount of one-time transactions and the first transactions of recurring gifts made during the checkout process regardless of their status in a batch. For more information, see Gift management.

  • Conversion rate - Percentage of visitors that are now donors based on the number donations made and number of page views.

  • Average donation - The average donation amount given including one-time donations and the first payment of recurring donations regardless of their status in a batch. For more information, see Gift management.

View the total amount raised, average gift amount, and total number of gifts received through a donation form over a selected time. You can filter by gift type.

The gifts display shortly after the donation is processed through the donation form. Donor cover fees are included in the gift amounts. For more information, see Fee Coverage.

Changes made to the donation after the initial transaction, such as a refund, are not reflected in the chart.

For recurring gifts, only the first recurring gift payments are included in the chart. It doesn't include first payments or subsequent payments scheduled in the future.

Under Recent donations, details about the donations display, such as the donor's name, amount, and whether or not the donation is approved in a batch.

Displays referring URL, number of visits and donations, and amount raised for the donation form.

  • Referrer - The referrer URL of the webpage the donor is on prior to the donation form.

  • Number of donations - The total number of processed donations for the donation form.

  • Page views - The total number of times a visitor displayed the webpage in their browser.

  • Donations amount - The amount raised from the referring URL.

Note: Number of donations and Donations amount represent one-time donations and the first transactions of recurring donations.
