Portal Profile Updates

From Tools, Portal activity, under Profile update log, you can quickly view the number of profile updates that need review or approval.

To view the full log, select View profile update log.

  • Updates to name, address, phone number, or email address appear on the user's constituent record immediately. An admin can review the changes and undo or edit values as needed.

  1. Under Profile activity log, select View profile update log.

  2. Review the items updated for each constituent in the list:

    • If the new value is okay, select Mark as reviewed to remove it from the log.

    • To revert to the previous value, select Undo update from the menu .

    • To correct an issue with the new value, select Edit new value from the menu .
