With the Setup components, you can manage a variety of items, such as site options, security categories, and syndicated PageBuilder pages.
Configure Site Options - Site Options alter the appearance or functional performance of your site. Contact Support before making changes.
Configure Contact Database - The Contact Database Configuration allows Luminate Online staff and Partners with access to database configuration to enable and disable contact fields within the constituent record.
Set Up Payment Capabilities - Site administrators with this permission can use Payment Capabilities to import and manage their organization's Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS) accounts.
Security Categories - Security Categories manage security for user and administrator groups.
Syndicate Content - Affiliate Content allows you to make designated pages available to other sites. A large parent Luminate site can make its pages available to smaller chapter sites provided each is powered by Luminate. The chapter sites can also make pages available to the parent site and chapter sites can even share pages among themselves.
Manage Page Wrappers - The Page Wrapper Editor provides a way to present certain elements consistently in the margins around the content in your site pages, like navigation links and a login component.
Manage Autoresponder Center - The Autoresponder Center enables you to configure site default email message types that the system can send in response to certain actions taken by your constituents. You can configure the message envelope, stationery, and body content of these site default autoresponders to add text, formatting, and branding elements of your organization as well as create a consistent look and feel among them.
Manage Standard Pages - The Standard Page Center allows you to customize the standard pages for your site. The pages consist of Constituent Profile, Opt-Out Confirmation, and Constituent Email Preference pages.
Create Custom Interaction Types - Interactions Management allows a site administrator to create Custom Interaction Types that are available for administrators to record their actions in Interactions when working with records in Constituent360.
Create and Manage PDF Receipts - The Receipt Manager generates and sends a receipt as a PDF file in response to an online or offline transaction (such as a donation or eCommerce purchase). PDF receipts can be configured to comply with US, Canadian, and international standards for tax reporting purposes.
Integrate Google Maps - Embedding Google Maps on your site helps people find important locations (such as a TeamRaiser event location). Although you can have only one map on a page, you can plot several locations on the same map. Each location is identified on the map by a colored marker along with a text area shaped like a balloon that identifies the location and links to directions.
