If you experience logging in to GrantsConnect using SSO, it's recommended to check the following troubleshooting steps and questions before contacting GrantsConnect Support. Providing our team with answers to these questions may help expedite a resolution.

  • Are you able to SSO into CSRconnect without issues?

  • Are others in your organization able to SSO into GrantsConnect?

  • Can others in your physical location (e.g., office) SSO into GrantsConnect?

  • Is this your first time accessing GrantsConnect via SSO?

  • If you've successfully accessed GrantsConnect via SSO before, has anything changed recently - such as your email address, name, etc.?

  • Are there errors in your web browser's console?
