Business Profile

To send text messages (beginning August 31, 2023), our provider requires you to enter your business information. On this page, you are required to fill out all of the fields.

For VoIP (Voice over IP) protocol, in order to do SHAKEN/STIR (Secure Handling of Asserted information using tokens)/STIR (Secure Telephony Identity Revisited) and Caller ID name (CNAM), you also need to fill out the business profile.

Trusted calling

For fully enabled trusted calling, complete the following steps:

  1. Complete your business profile. All fields are required.

  2. Configure an SMS number as your caller ID. From Admin, select Phone Settings, Caller ID. Under Twilio Caller ID, select an SMS number and then enter a Callback Number. For more information, see the Caller ID help.

  3. Register for Shaken/Stir.

  4. Turn on CNAM.

  5. Register with the free call registry.
