Send one-off emails

Administrators can send customizable one-off emails to selected groups of users at any time, from select grids like:

  • Site, Users, All Users

To send one-off emails while viewing a grid: 

  1. Select all intended recipients (maximum of 50).

  2. At the bottom of the grid, select Act on Selected, Email Users.

  3. Choose your From address. You can select from the default system email address or your own email address.

  4. To add a Cc or Bcc email address, select the Add Cc/Bcc Recipients link.

  5. Create a Subject line and Body message for your email.

    • Use the Help button to learn about formatting options

    • Merge fields are not available in one-off emails

  6. Select Send Emails. Confirm the emails were sent by checking the Email Log for any of the selected users.

Tip: If you have more than 50 users to email, copy the subject and body of your email to paste into the next batch of emails.
