Dashboard

Use the top search bar to search through users, applicants, portfolios, and more.

Create up to eight custom dashboard cards from any grid view. Select a card to go directly to that grid view.

Use this area to keep track of applicant activity:

• General Applications: Shows your applicants' progress on their general applications

• Conditional Applications: Shows applicants' progress on your scoped conditional applications (if present)

Select either chart to go to a system grid with more complete information.

Use this area to evaluate your funds' financial health:

• $ remaining in active funds: Shows how much funding is remaining for your opportunities

• $ awarded: Compares your awarding activity to estimated available funds. If you exceed estimated values, the bar will advance past the dark gray line.

• # awarded: Compares your awarding activity to estimated available awards. If you exceed estimated awards, the bar will advance past the dark gray line.

Select any part of the graphic chart to go to a system grid with more complete information.

Use this area to keep track of applicant activity.

Here, you can see the number of applications in each category, grouped by opportunity type. Default system categories appear at the top of the list.

Select Show More Categories to display additional customized categories (if created in your system).

To customize which data is displayed on your dashboard:

1. Select Opportunity, Dashboard.

2. In the top right corner, select Show/Hide.

3. In Visible Dashboard Cards, select or deselect items to include on your dashboard.

Note: These changes won't affect other administrators.

To change your default landing page:

1. At the top right, select your user name.

2. Select Account.

3. Choose a Landing page.

4. Select Update.
